Load in is through the loading doors on the right side of the front of the venue at 828 Yates St. All equipment must be carried up stairs as the Capital Ballroom is on the second floor. No elevator.
The Capital Ballroom’s bus parking is directly in front of the venue on the north side of Yates st.We can accommodate 1 bus + trailer in this location. Shore power is mandatory (no generator sallowed) and included in your parking fee. Busses may not arrive before 3pm, and must be clear by 9am the next morning. Any parking in this location needs to be advanced at least 2 weeks in advance, so that we can reserve the necessary parking spots with the City of Victoria.
